  • Proof of all income for 4 weeks/1 month (anyone 18+ in home) 

  • SSI 

  • Pension Check 

  • Annuity 

  • Paycheck 

  • Rental Income 

  • Utility Bills 

  • Heating 

  • Electric 

  • Water/Sewer 

  • Mortgage Statement or Lease/Rental Agreement 

  • Property Tax Bill 

  • Homeowner’s Insurance Bill
